The hotel occupies an advantageous position on the coastline of the sparkling Indian Ocean and is surrounded by the gentle waters of the Annankalliya Lagoon, Marawila. It is an hour’s drive north of Colombo (Bandaranayke) International airport and not too distant from the hustle and bustle of the tourist destination Negombo. Twenty nice acres of land are dedicated to the luxurious lifestyle on offer to all our guests. Your privacy at the Club Palm Bay Resort is guaranteed from any interruptions by the general public and street hawkers. However, the many species of local birds are welcome into the gardens.

Our most popular option with our guests from around the world is the “All Inclusive” package. This offers our revered guests incredible value with Full Board, limitless drinks of soft and alcoholic varieties, including beer.

We take pride in the two restaurants that are available on premises which serves fresh and delicious menus that you would not want to miss. The main restaurant “Kundira” serves a full course buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner while the poolside bar offers a range of “a la carte” items that are exquisite. We organise special dining options under request. Romantic dinners, birthday celebrations and champagne breakfasts can be organised after consultations with the F&B Manager.

We are quite happy with how our guests respond to our lobby bar, “Ran Thambili” and pool bar. You must try a cool glass of our very own local draught beer. The dedicated mixologists and flare-tenders are there to impress you and make the stay even more memorable with their remarkable entertaining skills! Mocktails are made from fresh locally produced fruits and are always available at the bar to quench your thirst.

“Golden Palms Ballroom” as we call it, is our state of the art banquet hall. It is fully air conditioned, well carpeted and given a separate entrance. It can accommodate 350 to 400 guests at a time for any sort of event. i.e. weddings, parties and business conferences. We also have a smaller hall for events that have fewer guests.

If you are feeling energetic, how about canoeing on the lagoon or propel over the water on a pedalo? We let you explore the surrounding territory on a relaxing, yet adventurous mountain bike cruise! If boys must be boys and can’t do without their “footie” there is a small pitch to highlight your expertise with a football, or try a gentle game of croquet or putt some balls on the 6-hole golf green. Come work out a sweat at our on premises Gymnasium. Get involved with games such as basketball, squash, badminton and Tennis to get that fitness and enjoyment you need. Indoor games such as Table tennis, snooker, pool and darts along with several board games are available for your interest. If you desire none of these and just would want to relax while reading a book, you can do with the lending library and chill out.

Beautifully manicured lawns and gardens aid you in relaxing and straying away from every day jobs and noisy traffic. Lay back and rest on one of our numerous comfortably cushioned sun-beds provided around the pool area with their own blue top free-standing sun parasols and pool towels. Free Wi-Fi is available in the public areas of the lobby, restaurants, bars and pool area.
